M-City is one of the largest full precast structures to ever be constructed in Australia.
A mammoth vision
M-City is the largest single-stage build, multi-purpose facility in the Southern Hemisphere. Incorporating 643 apartments, up to 60 specialty stores, a supermarket, 17,330 square metres of office space and over 1900 car spaces for a total population of 4,000. All located on a massive 35,000 square metre site.
